Spark erosion (EDM) services

We offer high-quality spark erosion (EDM) services using copper electrodes, including complete manufacture of the required electrodes. Erosion is an extremely effective method for machining hard and difficult-to-cut metals, as well as for creating complex and unusual shapes and various dimensions, since the process involves no cutting forces that could deform the workpiece. Our EDM services are ideal for producing tools, moulds, prototypes and precision components where traditional machining methods are unsuitable or uneconomical.
